You can learn English enjoyably and successfully living with us in our comfortable and welcoming home.
We live in an attractive 1930s semi-detached red brick house situated in Heavitree, a quiet, friendly, residential part of Exeter very near a bus stop, local shops and the beautiful Heavitree Pleasure Ground which has been there since 1906!
From our house there are views over Ludwell Valley Park, a protected natural area of rolling green hills full of wildlife.
You will stay in our large guest room with a double bed. There is an extra charge of £100 per week if you also book our second smaller guest room with a small double bed.
The two bedrooms are next to each other on the first floor and are bright and comfortably furnished with lovely views over the Devon hills and nearby houses. They are both well-equipped with desk, drawers, hanging and storage space.
There is good wifi throughout the house.
You have your own private bathroom on the ground floor next to your study room.
We provide towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a hair dryer.
You’re welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer in our utility room.
Downstairs there is a comfortable living room, a bright study room for our coaching sessions, your own private bathroom and our new well- equipped kitchen-diner with views over the garden; a wonderful place to share delicious home-cooked food and great conversation.
